Refunds & Cancellation
Effective 2026-05-15. Try the free Community tier first — it's the same Docker stack with feature limits. The Institutional subscription is a paid 30-day recurring tier billed via Stripe.
All sales final
Auracle subscriptions are billed in 30-day prepaid cycles. Once a billing cycle has started, no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Your subscription stays usable through the end of the cycle you paid for, then stops renewing.
How to cancel
Two ways to cancel:
- 1. From inside your install: open
/ui/accountand click "Manage subscription". You'll be redirected to the Stripe-hosted billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or download invoices. - 2. From your Stripe receipt email: every Stripe invoice email includes a "Manage your subscription" link that opens the same billing portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 30-day cycle. Your current license key remains valid until that date; no new key is issued for the following cycle.
When we do issue refunds
- Within 7 days of activation, never used: if you paid, activated, and immediately discovered Auracle doesn't fit your workflow, and your install shows no backtest runs / no live trades / no scheduler activity, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
- Duplicate / accidental charge: full refund, no questions asked.
- Service outage we caused: if the license server was down long enough to materially block your usage, we issue a prorated credit on your next invoice.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have an issue, email us at contact@aurapointcapital.com before opening a chargeback — we resolve most issues within 48 hours. A chargeback or dispute filed without contacting us first will revoke your active license immediately (our webhook handler triggers off charge.dispute.created), and re-issuing access after a won dispute requires manual operator intervention.
Lost license key
If you never received your welcome email (typo, spam filter, bounce), don't initiate a chargeback — log in to your install at /ui/account and click "Resend my license", or email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll re-issue manually.
